As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting with event logistics, coordination, and communication, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Set up event spaces, including arranging furniture, signage, and decorations.
  • Ensure that events run smoothly by monitoring the schedule, managing logistics, and addressing any issues as they arise.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing event materials, sending invitations, and maintaining guest lists.
  • Assist in managing event budgets and keeping track of expenses.
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and insurance requirements for each event.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and vendors.
  • Assist with post-event wrap-up and evaluations.
