Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear and compelling communication materials, such as investor updates, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure alignment of messaging with business goals and financial performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and align company messaging across departments.
- Support leadership in crafting internal communications, ensuring transparency and employee engagement.
- Oversee outgoing communication, including press releases, company announcements, and social media updates.
- Draft high-quality written materials, including speeches and blog posts.
- Edit and review communication outputs for consistency, accuracy, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or investor relations, preferably in the fintech sector and or on a listed company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to tailor messages for various audiences.
- Strong understanding of fintech industry trends, regulations, and technologies.
- Experience in managing relationships with investors and financial stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills.
