The Role

We are seeking a Head of Client Success to lead and elevate our client success strategy. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing a team of Client Success Managers while driving client retention and revenue growth through upselling. You will play a critical role in shaping our customer experience, ensuring law firms receive unparalleled support, and maximizing the value they get from our staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Client Success Team to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Drive client retention by ensuring consistent service excellence, proactive issue resolution, and strong client relationships.
  • Develop and implement upselling strategies to help law firms maximize the value of our staffing solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze key client success metrics, including retention rates and revenue growth from existing accounts.
  • Act as a strategic partner to law firm clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Continuously improve client success processes and best practices to optimize team performance.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Leader – You have successfully led and scaled a team of Client Success Managers.
  • Client-Centric – You understand the importance of long-term client relationships and have a track record of high client retention.
  • Revenue-Focused – You have a strong ability to upsell existing clients.
  • Staffing Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required) – Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or legal services is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Maker – You know how to track and analyze retention and revenue metrics to inform strategy.
  • Excellent Communicator – You can articulate the value of our services and build trust with law firm clients.
  • Remote & U.S. Time Zone Ready – You are comfortable working in a fully remote environment and can align with U.S. business hours.
