Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of 10-12 hotels, focusing on critical performance indicators including revenue growth, guest satisfaction, profitability, and employee engagement.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and facilitate the implementation of innovative initiatives.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with hotel owners, investors, and essential stakeholders.
- Engage in revenue management discussions to achieve financial objectives across the portfolio.
- Drive success in BSA scores, guest satisfaction, and overall rating metrics.
- Conduct regular site visits, providing coaching and mentorship to General Managers to enhance operational performance.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new General Managers and Directors of Sales.
- Oversee budgeting processes and partner with hotel GMs in financial analysis to make informed decisions.
- Promote a robust and positive corporate culture throughout the organization.
- Support the successful launch of new hotels and acquisitions.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a multi-unit or regional operations leadership role within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a strong track record with multiple hotel brands.
- 8-10 years of cumulative experience in hospitality operations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience as a full-service General Manager is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the Food & Beverage sector is advantageous.
Qualifications
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Must be open to relocation to the Seattle area.
