Essential Functions
- Assists in the day-to-day operations of the Adult Inpatient Unit/CTF (Transitions Unit)
- Maintain and promote effective communication between unit and other departments.
- Document clinical services.3. Exhibits teamwork in providing services.
- Demonstrates professional accountability
- Implement measures that safeguard the welfare, care, health, and safety of the unit including patients, families and coworkers.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population, culture, and specific needs of the patients served.
Qualifications And Requirements
- High School diploma required. Associate’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field preferred
- Six (6) month mental health experience preferred.
- Required License: Washington State Counselor Registration (Agency Affiliate), CPR/First Aid
- Other: Bilingual and/or English/Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with a culturally diverse population.
