Video: What We Do

Join Chromalloy as a CAD Designer/Modeler. Create / Maintain CAD models and drawings for Aerospace and Industrial gas turbine components. Participate in the development of solutions integrating technical expertise, robust problem-solving methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation improving the performance of Chromalloy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create / Modify CAD models of gas turbine components and assemblies.
• Moderate knowledge of drafting standards including ASME Y14.5M.
• Create / Modify CAD drawings of gas turbine components and assemblies.
• Execute created tolerance studies and inspections.
• On path to gain working knowledge of design intent.
• On path to gain working knowledge of reverse engineering.

Education & Experience

• AA/AS degree, technical school certificate, or equivalent experience
• 3 plus years of experience modeling gas turbine components or similar experience.
• Ability to problem-solve and foster innovation to improve performance
• CAD Software: current Creo user; familiar with NX
• Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
