Job Description

Doka Egypt is looking for is looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Assistant (Legal) reviewing and analyzing sales contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

  • Review and analyze sales contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Provide legal support and advice to the sales team during contract negotiations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contracts and agreements.
  • Assist in drafting and revising contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain organized records of all reviewed and executed contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with the legal department to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Support the sales team with any other legal-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in contract review and legal support, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
