CRITERIA

Matric.

Supply Chain Management advantageous.

Two years experience.

Proficiency in MS Office and Dolfin.

Excellent Excel skills.

ATTRIBUTES

Key Responsibilities

Writing out of orders & getting approval from Director and Merchandise Planning Manager.

Scanning of orders to suppliers.

Placing orders on the dolfin system.

Proactively maintaining the critical path of orders.

Assisting with delivery compliance from suppliers.

Reconciling of accounts.

Importing of data onto dolfin.

Exporting outstanding schedules from dolfin to MS Excel.

Input invoices from Mauritius and Madagascar onto the dolfin system.

Outwork-ensuring stock meets quality standards before accepting orders coming into the business.

Liasing with the buyer/director regarding orders to be placed.

Ensuring the Buyer/Director, Merchandiser Planning Manager, warehouse stakeholders and suppliers are kept up to date and informed of the status of orders.

Be the point of contact for all orders coming into the business.

Building and maintaining strategic productive working relationships with suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.
