  • Perform comprehensive HR analysis, including monthly to track cost and optimize expenditures.
  • Collaborate with Legal and manage labor relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and maintaining communication with 3rd party
  • Lead HR projects, such as employee benefits implementation and company policy development.
  • Be adaptable and ready to take on additional HR tasks as needed to support business requirements.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years in HR Business Partnering, Industrial Relations, and HR cost analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and experience in HR cost analysis.
  • Proficient in data analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented, strategic, and proactive in addressing issues as they arise.
