- Perform comprehensive HR analysis, including monthly to track cost and optimize expenditures.
- Collaborate with Legal and manage labor relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and maintaining communication with 3rd party
- Lead HR projects, such as employee benefits implementation and company policy development.
- Be adaptable and ready to take on additional HR tasks as needed to support business requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years in HR Business Partnering, Industrial Relations, and HR cost analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and experience in HR cost analysis.
- Proficient in data analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Detail-oriented, strategic, and proactive in addressing issues as they arise.
