Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team at Camilsons Group, headquartered in Benaulim, Goa. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The Office Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our business operations through efficient coordination and communication skills. Candidates will work closely with different departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent client and vendor interactions.

- Excellent project coordination skills to efficiently manage and oversee various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations effectively.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally in both verbal and written forms (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability in client interaction to foster positive relationships and handle inquiries efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with vendor management to ensure timely procurement and maintain good relationships with suppliers (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment, ensuring deadlines are met.

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including handling correspondence and file organization.
- Engage in client and vendor interactions to maintain company standards of service and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement activities to ensure effective stock levels and supply chain management.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives and staff.
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and supporting the implementation of new initiatives and processes.
