Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to handle customer queries, manage policy logins, and assist with policy disbursements. The role involves providing excellent service to customers, cross-selling products, preparing regular MIS reports, and drafting professional emails for communication purposes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, policy details, claims, and other related concerns through various communication channels.
  • Policy Login and Disbursement:Process and manage the policy login applications, ensuring all documentation and requirements are complete.
  • Facilitate the disbursement of policies in a timely and efficient manner, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Cross-Selling:Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services based on customer needs and company offerings.
  • MIS Preparation:Prepare and maintain regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), policy status, customer queries, and other metrics as required by the management.
  • Email Drafting:Draft clear, concise, and professional emails for both internal and external communication, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) for MIS report preparation.
  • Ability to cross-sell products based on customer needs.
  • Strong email writing skills with attention to detail.
