Job Description
- Ability to comprehend requirements and conceptualize data analysis and visualization
- Strong data analysis and superior problem-solving skills
- Strong PC Application Skills (MS Office, including PowerPoint and Advanced Excel)
- Strong VBA and macro development skills
- Working knowledge of Power Query
- Proficient in Data & Business Analysis
- Project Management Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels, including understanding, documenting complex ideas and requirements into actionable steps.
- Related work experience with Insurance/Disability products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to work with customers of all levels of case complexity
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral with the ability to explain complex subject matter to both technical and non-technical audiences so that issues are understood quickly, and stakeholders are suitably engaged.
- Ability to drive continuous process improvement including the development of new processes and systems
