Job Title: Customer Support Agent

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift Timing: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm IST (Rotational Weekly Offs)

Working Days: 6 days a week, including Sundays & public holidays

We are looking for a female Customer Support Agent to manage customer inquiries via calls, emails, and digital platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate is empathetic, genuinely passionate about helping customers, and skilled in delivering seamless support experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, recommending products based on their needs while addressing order status, product details, and payment concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and escalate complex queries when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, provide feedback on recurring issues for improvement, and stay updated on products, promotions, and policies.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism, with a genuine desire to help customers and solve problems proactively.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Docs, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Passionate about beauty and cosmetics, with prior experience in customer support in the beauty or wellness industry preferred.
