About The Company

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate QA Engineer to join the team and play a critical role in ensuring the platforms quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Planning: Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing of the AI-driven mental health care platform.
- Automated Testing: Create and execute automated test scripts using testing tools and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Manual Testing: Perform manual testing when necessary to identify and document bugs, defects, and performance issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback on software design and functionality.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for test process improvement and work on refining QA processes and tools.
- Documentation: Document test results, track software defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Release Management: Participate in release management, ensuring that all testing requirements are met before the deployment of new features.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in QA or software testing are a plus.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles. Experience with AI or healthcare-related platforms is a bonus.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
