Role Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and secure partnerships with organizations needing talent solutions and startups seeking fundraising support. This is a performance based role with significant earning potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential client organizations for recruitment services
  • Source and engage startups looking for fundraising support
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present our comprehensive service offerings to potential clients
  • Negotiate terms and close deals
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
  • Track and report business development activities
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry forums

Required Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM from recognized institutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Sales or Business Development certification is a plus

Experience Required

  • 4+ years in business development
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Experience in HR services/recruitment industry
  • Network in startup ecosystem
  • Understanding of fundraising processes

Compensation Structure

  • Recruitment Services:
  • 5-10% of the recruitment fee for each successful placement
  • Additional bonus for volume deals and long-term contracts
  • Fundraising Services:
  • 15% of the success fee for each fundraising deal closure
  • Additional incentives for large ticket sizes
  • Performance Incentives:
  • Quarterly bonuses for exceeding targets
