Location – Warangal (Telangana)

Training Mode – Offline

Job Type – Full-Time

Language Required – English and Telugu

Training Duration: 70 (Hrs)

30 hours of Domain Training: Including ERP sandboxes, real-world examples, case studies, assignments, and pre/post-final assessments.

  • 15 hours of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Training
  • 15 hours of OTC (Order-to-Cash) Training

30 hours of Communication Skills Training: Including written communication, basic spoken, soft skills, and campus-to-corporate transition.

10 hours of Computer Skills: Focus on typing skills and accuracy.

Key Features of the Training Program

  • Domain-Specific ERP Training:

Students will engage with ERP sandboxes, providing practical hands-on experience with software solutions used in real-world business scenarios.

Real-world case studies will be used to demonstrate how businesses manage the P2P and OTC processes effectively.

Assignments and assessments will reinforce the theoretical knowledge with practical applications.

  • Communication Skills:

The training will focus on improving written communication (emails, reports, etc.), basic spoken communication (verbal interactions), and soft skills (teamwork, leadership).

Campus-to-corporate transition training will focus on preparing students for professional environments, including workplace etiquette and interview preparation.

  • Computer Skills:

Training will include typing accuracy and speed, focusing on improving the efficiency of handling digital work.

  • Assessments:

Both pre and post-training assessments will be conducted to measure the effectiveness of the training and ensure students are gaining the necessary skills.

Delivery Mode

Offline: Given the scale and geographical spread of the students, fully offline mode might be considered for efficient delivery of the training sessions.
