Education

  • Minimum qualification will be Bachelors Degree – Commerce, Arts, etc.
  • Specialization in HR Field will be given strong preference
  • Masters Degree will be given preference
  • Excellent Command Over English & Hindi (Writing & Speaking) is a must

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR Field is a must
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition and management will be given preference
  • Good people and communication skills are a must
  • Previous experience in industrial projects will be given preference

Profile

  • Prepare job descriptions and salary packages for all open vacancies
  • Manage online HR portals, filter CVs and take interviews
  • Prepare appointment letters for selected candidates
  • Maintain staff files and ensure compliance and record updating on regular basis
  • Coordinating with HR Consultant and completing joining and leaving formalities of all employees
  • Coordinating with HR Consultant and Monitoring HR related compliance (ESI/PF, etc.)
  • Coordinating with Bank for opening of salary accounts for new joiners
  • Managing staffing, promotions and staff rotation at HO and Plants
  • Checking monthly attendance and processing salary/pay slips
  • Checking of sales commission and timely processing of variables components of salaries
  • Managing staff leaves, see-offs and other annual benefits
  • Carrying-out weekly/monthly staff trainings sessions on various important subjects
  • Actively support plants in MNC audits and related documentation
  • Organize team building activities and festive events in office
  • Make fooding, transport and lodging arrangements for official vistitors to HO and Plants
