Location: Pan India

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Mandatory: At least 2+ years of experience in the Telecom Domain, with expertise in Ordering and Assurance areas.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Telecom Tester to join our team at iAgami Technologies. This is a full-time position located in various major cities across India including Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications testing, with expertise in essential telecommunication protocols and technologies. As a Telecom Tester, you will ensure the quality and performance of telecommunication systems and networks.

Qualifications And Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunication protocols to test system reliability and performance under varied conditions.
  • Experience in designing comprehensive test cases for telecom devices and networks to ensure full coverage and system robustness.
  • Proficiency in network testing methodologies, ensuring the successful deployment and integration of network components.
  • Strong background in quality assurance practices to maintain high standards and deliver defect-free telecommunication solutions.
  • Ability to use scripting languages such as Python to automate repetitive tasks, thus improving testing efficiency.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing system downtime and service disruptions.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium to facilitate efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Experience in performance testing to assess the stability, speed, and scalability of telecommunication systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute and analyze results of test cases for telecommunication systems, ensuring all functionalities meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand application features, contributing to improved test coverage and quality.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using established processes and tools, providing insights for issue resolution.
  • Participate in test planning, design, and review meetings to strategize effective testing approaches and methodologies.
  • Develop automated test scripts and scenarios based on system requirements and use cases to enhance testing productivity.
  • Ensure regular regression tests are conducted post-deployment, verifying ongoing system stability and performance.
  • Provide detailed reports on test outcomes, defects, and system performance improvements to stakeholders and management.
  • Stay updated on emerging telecommunication technologies to consistently apply best practices and innovative testing solutions.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Manual Testing with a focus on Integration and End-to-End Testing.
  • Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman and API validation.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills are a must for client interaction and reporting.
