Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Assembly Fitter to join our team at AMRUT BROTHERS MACHINERY PVT. LTD. | ALLPLAST. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining safety practices on the shop floor. The Assembly Fitter will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical parts and components based on engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Install and fit components such as gears, pumps, valves, and other machinery components.
  • Test and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure proper function.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to assemble and adjust machinery.
  • Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to determine assembly procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Report any defects, malfunctions, or quality control issues to supervisors or management.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of parts and materials needed for assembly.
  • Perform other related tasks as required by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in mechanical assembly is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an assembly fitter or in a similar role in manufacturing or machinery assembly.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and assembly techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Good physical condition and ability to work in a factory environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in industrial machinery assembly.
  • Familiarity with electrical components and basic troubleshooting.
