Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive export marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in target regions.
  • Identify and research potential markets, including competitor analysis, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product positioning for international markets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and partners to expand our distribution network.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient order processing.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on export sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead and mentor a team of export marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
