On Belay Health Solutions is a Massachusetts-based physician-led managed services organization (MSO) devoted to supporting independent primary care physicians. On Belay provides enhanced Medicare value-based contracts that empower physicians with the resources necessary to invest in innovative care models and population health management tools. About The Role
- On Belay is seeking a motivated, passionate Project Manager, Customer Success who will be responsible for working closely with our internal clinical and operations teams to guide execution of various initiatives around delivering value-based healthcare.
What You’ll Do
- Builds, implements and monitors a survey system for OBHS customer base, not limited to focus groups, web surveys, etc. and implementing process and system changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and work collaboratively to solve client needs, aiming to maintain high customer retention rates.
- Build relationships with customer base (virtually and in person in the Boston market) to become a trusted advisor to clients- resulting in increased number of practices willing to recommend On Belay to colleagues
- Conduct regular check-ins with practices to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for On Belay program enhancement.
- Provide customers with updates on new features, product enhancements, and healthcare industry trends that could benefit their operations, ensuring they are maximizing the value of our services and achieving positive outcomes.
- Participate in inter-company collaboration across multiple teams, working closely with the Practice Transformation team as they are primary point of contacts for customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or product-related issues, escalating when necessary.
- Other responsibilities to be assigned by senior management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Related experience working in the healthcare industry (i.e., medical group, health plan, hospital, etc) with a proven track record of successfully engaging with providers including a thorough understanding of their workflows and organization.
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and facilitate new ideas into action while collaborating across multiple dynamic projects and teams, removing obstacles to achieve desired outcomes.
- Outstanding emotional intelligence and ability to build the trust and confidence of a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage evolving deadlines
- Strong leadership skills and strong influencing skills
- High level of organization and detail orientation
- Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity
- Experience with Microsoft Suite required, experience with project management software, preferred
