Custom Fabricator

Perform final required cosmetic finish with angle grinders and sanders.

• Fabricate and weld stainless handrails, stair sets, and stair rails.
• Build and install interactive components.
• Construct, assemble and install custom workstations, flooring, wall panels and finish trim.
• Ability to work with plywood, hardwood, laminates, plastics and metals.
• Skilled in using hand tools, saws, drills, grinders, sanders, press-brake and welders.
• Assuring jobs are performed in proper sequence and at the appropriate time.
• Assuring product is produced correctly and according to assembly blueprints.

Essential Functions

• Demonstrate ability to fabricate mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to break down tasks to complete in a step-by-step process.
• Ability to show creativity in solving problems.
• Self-motivated; able to work with little supervision.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to tack up structures to tight tolerances and to weld out precision frames to exact tolerances.

80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service.
