Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Manage article content for Help Center from creation and ensure all the information is updated
  • Monitor the performance of every article in Help Center
  • Manage script for stand by statement or maintenance update on IVR, static message and Help Center banner
  • Collaborate with brand team in order to enrich information in Help Center with different media type
  • Collaborate with Innovation Team in order to train Chatbot with updated article
  • Collaborate with Product Team in order to improve the Help Center capabilities

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

  • Excellent communication, fluently to spoken both in English & Bahasa
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports
  • Good computer and knowledge base skills in contact center
  • Proven work experience as a writer/ content creator & having experience in contact center is an advantage
  • Strong Customer service orientation
  • Advance Verbal & Written communication skills
  • Good Teamwork
  • Strong initiative and result driven
