Halo is looking for a Head of Product to drive product strategy and execute on the company vision. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with Design, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams, the Head of Product will be a key member of senior leadership and an influential architect of the company’s strategic direction. In this seed-stage startup environment, we’re seeking someone who thrives in ambiguity, can translate vision into execution, and is passionate about building both products and teams that create lasting impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the CEO/Senior Leadership to craft the product vision and translate it into clear quarterly priorities and week-to-week sprint commitments that align the entire organization
  • Contribute to the strategic planning processes and build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure cohesive execution of product initiatives across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
  • Own the day-to-day product management responsibilities including writing specs, working directly with engineers and designers, running sprint routines, and coordinating feature launches
  • Partner with the Marketplace Operations to drive the roadmap for marketplace initiatives, including the development of Roboscout, our AI-scouting tool, and internal operational systems to improve matching and marketplace liquidity
  • Partner deeply with GTM teams to understand Enterprise customer needs and priority jobs-to-be-done, ensuring we deliver value through product features, customer service, and operational excellence
  • Define, track and report on key metrics that reveal actionable insights on performance and product usage by segment
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers through quarterly business reviews, ensuring alignment between customer needs and roadmap initiatives

Who You Are:

  • You have 7+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to enterprise products and proven success scaling marketplace businesses
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing people and driving cross-functional initiatives
  • You have worked in a product role at a startup with fewer than 100 employees
  • You are a highly-analytical problem-solver adept at translating quantitative data and qualitative insights into thoughtful roadmap decisions
  • You are energized by both strategic leadership and hands-on tactical execution, comfortable writing specs one moment and presenting to the board the next
  • You have prior experience with enterprise customers and deeply understand their needs and buying processes
  • You can thrive in ambiguous environments while creating structure and repeatable processes for the team
  • You have strong product sense and can understand both strategic and tactical decisions across the user experience
  • You take your work seriously but don’t take yourself too seriously. While technically a job, this shouldn’t feel like work because you’re inspired by the mission and energized by the challenge of building both product and company
