Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to join us. The Project Manager will support all upcoming project and program related opportunities. The Project Manager will be reporting to the Head of PMO.
What You’ll Do:
- Independently lead cross-company projects, ranging from short sprints to long, complex initiatives.
- Support managers from various teams in advancing their projects, identifying challenges, and devising solutions.
- Rapidly assess situations, identify problems, and establish effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Build strong networks across the organization, helping teams overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
- Improve productivity of teams and processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing diverse, complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders over extended periods.
- A track record of working across different companies and handling various types of projects.
Advantages:
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring KPIs or other metrics, from planning to execution and insights generation.
- Developing and optimizing processes, including defining requirements, analyzing issues, improving systems, and ensuring team adoption.
- Working with product, development, and data teams on collaborative initiatives.
- Managing GTM (Go-To-Market) projects, including product launches, market analysis, entering new markets, and customer segmentation.
- Engaging with clients through project delivery, customer management, or sales.
- Improving productivity through the creation of tools, processes, methodologies or other creative ways
- Collaborating with U.S.-based teams (or teams in other countries) on a regular basis.
