The Junior Talent Partner will support all Team Member recruitment activities, ensuring our shops are fully staffed with the right talent. Working closely with the People, Talent, and Operations teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our recruitment processes are consistent, efficient, and effective, while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

skill and responsibility overview

  • Recruitment and Applicant Tracking: assisting with recruitment activities via the ATS, including managing requests, posting job adverts, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and ensuring the system is up-to-date. Additionally, having the ability to conduct engaging interviews that align with our culture, values and business needs
  • Communication and Relationship Building: demonstrating strong communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, and to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Data Reporting and Analysis: Proficient in data reporting on daily resourcing KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and monitoring retention rates.
  • Compliance and Process Efficiency: Ensuring the recruitment process complies with employment law requirements, is efficient, and minimizes administration while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Generating new ideas, multitasking, and thinking outside the box to improve the recruitment process and stay commercially aware of competitors.

  • Six months experience in a recruitment administration role required. [Food & beverage industry would be preferred]
  • You have at least 12 months experience in an operational role in the food and beverage market
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office systems
