Training Facilitator

An opportunity has arisen for a Training Facilitator responsible for the coaching, training and assessment of customer facing drivers, as well as infield drivers and operators. The prescribed in-house training is inclusive of driver behaviour correction, customer interface, public relations, safe work practices and defensive driving skills. In addition to training facilitation, the candidate will be required to perform pre-employment assessments, new employee orientation and the development of existing employees or retraining of displaced workers.
