Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or final year student in Marketing or similar
- Good knowledge of Google applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets…)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…)
- Excellent organizational skills, teamwork, proactivity, and resilience
- Willingness to learn, creativity, and a strong aesthetic sense
- Fluency in oral and written Portuguese and English
- Availability to work from our Lisbon offices, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid format (remote and in-person)
We Value
- Knowledge of Google Sites and advanced MS Office skills
Role
- Support in the conceptualization and on-site management of internal corporate events, both local and international
- Contact with suppliers for negotiation and contracting
- Budget management and control
- Structuring pre- and post-event communications
- Preparation of event evaluation reports
