About the Role

Our client is in search of a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role involves ensuring the CEO remains focused on key priorities by managing schedules, streamlining operations, and anticipating needs in a fast-paced atmosphere. The Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to coordinate key initiatives and manage high-impact responsibilities that drive the company’s success. This presents a unique opportunity to play a crucial support role within a high-growth SaaS startup revolutionizing the audit & advisory sector, providing exposure to strategic decision-making and operational execution.

What You’ll Do

– Manage the CEO’s calendar with foresight, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

– Coordinate the CEO’s travel for customer visits, events, and conferences, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

– Prioritize and prepare the CEO for meetings, such as preparing materials for customer engagement, board discussions, and speaking opportunities.

– Own logistics and coordination for all ELT meetings and offsites, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups.

– Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to ensure seamless planning for ELT events and operational needs.

– Support logistics for company-wide events and offsites as part of the planning team, focusing on ELT requirements.

– Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and external partners.

– Coordinate schedules with the board for quarterly and ad hoc meetings.

– Handle office management tasks, ensuring an efficient and professional workplace environment.

– Coordinate company-wide meetings, such as All Hands, including scheduling and logistics.

About You

– 10+ years of experience supporting a CEO or equivalent in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, ideally within SaaS or technology startups.

– Located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

– A detail-oriented individual capable of prioritizing and executing multiple projects seamlessly.

– A proactive and reliable partner, skilled in anticipating needs and driving solutions with minimal direction.

– Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of interacting effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

– Thrives in a rapidly evolving environment, embracing change with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset.

– Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and collaboration tools such as Slack.
