Sr. Facility Managment Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Facility Senior Maintenance Engineer with expertise in civil maintenance to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of civil infrastructure within our facilities to ensure the safety, functionality, of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Civil Maintenance Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and supervision of civil maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance, to ensure the integrity and longevity of building structures, roads, landscaping, and other civil assets.
• Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of civil infrastructure to identify maintenance needs, prioritize tasks, and develop maintenance plans and schedules.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance and expertise on civil engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques to support maintenance operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to address maintenance challenges, resolve issues, and implement innovative solutions for enhancing the performance and resilience of civil assets.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate with Senior Maintenance Manager, maintenance teams, and external stakeholders to plan and execute civil maintenance projects, renovations, and upgrades, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints and regulatory requirements.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and procurement plans, and oversee the implementation and quality assurance of project deliverables.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, inspections, and condition assessments for civil infrastructure assets.
• Generate reports, analyses, and recommendations related to maintenance performance, asset condition, and lifecycle management to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations applicable to civil maintenance operations.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs, safety protocols, and risk mitigation measures to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment for staff and occupants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, property management, real estate, or hospitality, with a focus on civil maintenance.
• Strong technical proficiency in civil engineering principles, structural analysis, materials science, and construction techniques.
• Experience in planning, coordinating and supervising civil maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations relevant to civil maintenance operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
