Telemarketing Agent

Job Description

Main purpose

The main purpose of this role is to sell the RCS Products to existing and prospective customers, ensuring that targets and standards are consistently achieved. The successful candidates will be required to work flexible shifts in line with Telemarketing operational hours from Monday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with new and existing RCS customers
  • Conducting outbound calls to existing and new potential customers
  • Identifying the customers’ needs
  • Informing customer of the product and the process required to apply for the relevant RCS product
  • Resolving any customer and product related queries
  • Concluding the pre-agreement and actual agreement
  • Meeting set Sales and QA targets
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects given by Team Leader

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

  • Grade 12/Matric
  • 6 to 12 months Telemarketing Sales experience
  • 1 year RCS call centre experience – essential
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • The successful candidate will be required to work shifts in line with the Telemarketing operational hours from Monday to Sundays
