Job Description
In this role, you will help by supporting daily human resource functions and contributing to the overall HR strategy in a fast-paced start-up manufacturing environment. You will manage end-to-end employee recruitment, from identifying talent needs to securing top candidates. Additionally, you’ll oversee new employee onboarding, handle HR inquiries, and foster a positive work culture focused on open communication, employee engagement, and conflict resolution. As an HR Generalist, you will lead benefits administration, ensure compliance with relevant laws, maintain HRIS systems, and contribute to performance management and employee development initiatives. You will also prepare regular HR reports, track key metrics, and work to continuously improve HR practices.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field of study
- 3-5 years of experience in a HR position with progressive responsibilities
- Demonstrable experience in the application of standard procedures and knowledge of current regulations
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes including onboarding
- Highly professional with the ability to exercise discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- PHR or SHRM Certification
