  • Understands the performance business data and applies it fairly to daily operations and decisions in effort to increase market Share.
  • Reaches established monthly goals

Business Auxiliary charges through vendor management

  • Planning & Monthly tracking of AS affiliated business
  • Monthly meetings with vendors for PDCA
  • Improvement of ORC revenue

New Business/Vendor Introduction – VAS, Tyre, Battery

  • Focus on Revenue enhancement through new business introduction in VAS and Service Product
