Job Description

MASE’s Integrated Services Department is seeking an Integrated Services Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of power products, protection systems, and Medium and High Voltage (MV/HV) equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience and develop their technical skills in a dynamic and growing team.

You will be hired at an IC4 level and reporting to the Integrated Services Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of power products, protection systems, and MV/HV equipment.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Support in the creation of technical documentation, operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Participate in the implementation of maintenance strategies for transformers, substations, switchgears, and protection relays.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and service partners to address technical issues and improve equipment performance.
  • Prepare periodical and ad-hoc technical and non-technical reports.
  • Assist in the procurement of parts, materials, and services required for maintenance activities.
  • Support in performing data analysis, monitoring, and fault detection tasks for MV/HV equipment.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills through training and hands-on experience.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a keen interest in power generation and electrical maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance strategies and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools and systems for maintenance planning and documentation is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Minimum Requirements

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in power generation, electrical maintenance, industrial or facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support project activities across the region.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
