As a Marketing & Communications Manager you will:
- Develop and execute Relevance’s marketing strategy to enhance visibility, strengthen employer branding, and drive client acquisition & retention efforts
- Work closely with C-level management to define and maintain the agency’s brand identity, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms
- Devise and create compelling content, including:
- Social media posts, blog articles, newsletters
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce insightful materials & case studies that position the agency as a thought leader
- Press releases
- Maintain and enhance the agency’s website content to reflect our expertise, values & culture
- Manage the agency’s public relations efforts, building relationships with media, partners etc
- Ensure Relevance’s presence to industry conferences/networking events etc
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in marketing or/and public relations for at least 5 years
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies & overseeing 360 campaigns that drove measurable growth
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with media & stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Prior experience in senior roles within digital or creative agencies is considered a plus
