We’re growing rapidly and hiring our first Recruiting Coordinator to join our Nutrition Team. This pivotal role ensures we continue attracting and hiring top-tier nutritionist and dietitian talent to support our expanding customer base.

As part of the nutrition department, you’ll report directly to the Senior Nutrition Learning & Development Manager to streamline the hiring process, maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline, and ensure operational excellence. What you’ll do:

  • Screen Applicants: Review applications, resumes, and video submissions to evaluate candidates against predefined criteria.
  • Coordinate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing email outreach, scheduling interviews, and following up as needed.
  • Grow the Candidate Pipeline: Post job openings, source candidates through online platforms, and ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
  • Maintain Candidate Records: Organize and update records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Facilitate a Seamless Candidate Experience: Ensure all touchpoints with candidates are professional, timely, and reflect Nutrisenses values.
  • Support Process Improvements: Collaborate with the hiring team to identify opportunities for efficiency and refine workflows to scale our recruitment efforts.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Hiring Coordinator, or similar administrative role, preferably with exposure to recruitment or hiring.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling clear and professional interactions with candidates and team members.
  • Is proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Calendly, and other scheduling platforms.
  • Is quick to learn and navigate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar software.
  • Has a keen eye for detail and is adept at maintaining accurate records and managing tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job boards to grow candidate pipelines.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
