Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Technology to lead the development of our cutting-edge platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, AI-driven solutions to revolutionize startup acceleration, talent assessment and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the platforms technology strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end platform development, from architecture design to deployment.
• Integrate advanced AI/ML capabilities into the assessment tools.
• Manage a remote team of developers, designers, and data scientists.
• Collaborate with the founders to align technology goals with business objectives.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization of the platform.
• Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies relevant to talent assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution (IITs, NITs, IIMs, or global equivalents).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Proven track record in developing and deploying scalable AI/ML-based platforms.
• Strong expertise in programming languages (Python, Java, or similar) and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
