Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEOs schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, screening calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, including preparing materials and arranging logistics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO, including researching and analyzing information as needed.
  • Manage projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring that deadlines are met and that deliverable are of high quality.
  • Conduct research and provide background information on various topics to assist the CEO in making decisions.
  • Manage and maintain confidential information, including personnel files, financial records, and other sensitive data.
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including filing, answering phones, and other duties as assigned.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and synthesize information quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelors degree in related fields (Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance)
