MEP Senior Engineer

MEP Senior Engineer will be responsible for managing parts of construction projects, providing technical advice and solving problems on-site and within scope. If you believe you are self-starter, capable of delivering projects & show amazing attention to detail, lets meet.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to staff, supervisor, inspector and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System..
• Analyze mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
• Oversee the work of teams of various disciplines of gc team, contractor and attend progress meetings with client.
• Review contractors shop drawings against the design drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to project director with appropriate comments/approval within the specified timeline.
• Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials.
• Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver project.
• Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations whenever required.
• Advise the Project Head of any technical aspects of the electrical/ mechanical services that may affect construction progress.

Skill Sets/Experience We Require

• 4-7 years of proven experience in construction with supervisory or project oversight experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans, scopes of work, community features.
• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Project management software.
• Problem and conflict resolution skills, ability to prioritize work tasks, and teamwork and customer satisfaction orientation is required.
• Working knowledge of MIVAN Shuttering and handling the project from starting to finishing is a plus

Pedigree

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university.
