What You’ll Do

Cognizant is seeking a Creative Leader to be responsible for brand design, conceptual work, and expertise in campaigns and events.

Focus on developing and orchestrating complex projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment to deliver creative that meets the brief and is on brand and on time. An expert with hands-on experience in high-end animated powerpoint presentations and visual design tuned toward B2B lead generation, awareness building of the Cognizant brand, and competitive bid support programmes.

This person should be looking to channel innovation into every aspect of the creative studio in terms of process, products and services. They should be adapt at juggling multiple projects while acting as the leading light for creative excellence; playing the role of a mentor for the creative team as well as connect with marketing specialists to bring designs to fruition.

Mentor a team of creative professionals including visualisers, powerpoint specialist and graphic designers

Act as the initial point of contact and ongoing liaison for Creative Services team with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization

Should take a customer-driven approach to creating marketing, brand and sales collaterals and assets

Responsibility for the full design lifecycle from concept to execution

Delivered highly creative B2B marketing projects to CMOs and Marketing Directors

Strong understanding of bid support basics and how creative can add value to the bid programme

Expert knowledge of both high-end animations in in powerpoint and traditional print

Excellent project management skills

Contributes to the creative execution of marketing collaterals by helping to create the overall concept through brainstorming with the creative team

Ensures all collaterals meet the submission deadlines

Convert complex information into graphics, charts, graphs, and other forms of data visualization

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field

Extensive work experience having worked/managed high-performing Creative Teams at Tier-1 IT Service Companies

Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other Microsoft tools is essential

Working experience in tools like, AfterEffects and Animate for doing animation and video editing would be an added advantage.

Strong working experience in creating high-end animated Powerpoint presentations

This is a hybrid position and will require being in the office 2 days a week
