Job Description

  • Advanced university studies (at least 3rd year) in International Relations, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions
  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
  • Experience in customer service, problem-solving and CRM management
  • Excellent writing skills in English, with impeccable grammar and spelling.
  • Availability to work in Zone 13, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
