Your Role as Lead Practitioner of English:
As Lead Practitioner, you will work closely with the Head of English and SLT to drive outstanding teaching and learning across the department.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering high-quality English lessons across KS3-KS5
- Coaching and mentoring teachers to improve classroom practice
- Leading department-wide literacy initiatives and interventions
- Supporting curriculum development and ensuring high standards in teaching
- Encouraging a passion for literature and writing among students
