About The Role

Call Center/Customer Service position available at a fast-paced call center for a wholesale Footwear manufacturer in Northern Bergen County.

Duties include heavy inbound calls; advising customers regarding product recommendations and order/return status; email correspondence to answer customer inquiries; order taking.

Strong written and verbal skills a must as well as the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

  • Previous Call Center/Chat Center experience preferred.
  • Must have great communication/presentation skills and work well with others.
  • Strong writing, communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and talent for learning new things quickly.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional prioritization skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, a must.
