You’ve built Demand Gen machines before, quickly understanding a company’s value prop, customer, and which channels to chase. For you, targets are personal; you own your number and try things until a path to success is clear. You’re comfortable in the metrics and dig into data to optimize campaign performance. You appreciate what’s important to “back office” occupations like finance, HR, and IT. You’re resourceful, driven by impact, and are excited by the opportunity to be a hands-on contributor and mentor, while working collaboratively across sales, product, customer success and senior leadership.
About The Role
As ClickTime’s Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind lead generation. You’ll take ownership of performance, email, and affiliate marketing, campaign execution, and channel optimization. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with the chance to level up junior team members and manage and develop vendors. Working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams, you’ll align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs to help drive the next phase of our growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads
- Own email, paid, social, and lifecycle marketing while developing new channels
- Analyze and report on campaign performance data to refine strategies, while testing and iterating on messaging and targeting
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, customer success, and revenue operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Mentor and contribute to the success of two junior marketing team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation
- Proven success in driving pipeline growth through multi-channel marketing programs, including paid media, SEM, email, and events
- Experience mentoring junior marketing talent
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Deep understanding of marketing to finance and operations professionals or back-office teams
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience
