What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to specific positions
• Maintain a ready pool of candidates through various recruitment technologies and community relationships

• Conduct initial screenings of candidates to ensure they meet basic requirements
• Track recruitment activities and candidate flow through detailed reports

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate degree in marketing, communications, HR, or organization design
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment
• Proficiency in recruiting technology and tools, including Boolean searches
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
