Role Overview

As the Global HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR functions across multiple regions and countries, ensuring that HR strategies align with the company’s global objectives. You will lead a team of HR professionals, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s global goals, ensuring consistency across regions while respecting local cultural differences and legal requirements.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the global recruitment strategy, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent. Lead efforts in talent development, succession planning, and leadership training programs.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, inclusivity, and employee well-being. Lead global employee engagement initiatives and work to enhance company culture.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance review systems across global teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and continuous employee growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local laws. Work closely with regional HR teams to tailor offerings to specific markets.
  • Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure the company’s HR policies, practices, and operations comply with international labor laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  • HR Technology & Analytics: Utilize HR technology and data analytics to drive decision-making, monitor performance, and improve HR efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership across global offices to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR management.
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management across multiple regions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-cultural teams and navigate complex global challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and data analytics tools.
