Job Title : Sales Executive Retail Sales
Role Overview
This role is primarily focused on front-line retail sales. The key responsibility is to onboard new distributors and retailers within the assigned territory. The role involves expanding the distribution network, building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and promoting the companys complete product range in the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the designated territory.
- Build, expand, and lead a team of channel partners.
- Focus on product/solution sales to retail customers to onboard new merchants.
- Promote a diverse product range, including AEPS, DMT, Micro ATM, Insurance, Bill Payments, Recharges, and more.
- Drive sales initiatives and meet business targets.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, leveraging prior experience in customer-facing roles with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve goals.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, initiative, and creative selling strategies.
- Use strong analytical, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills to excel in the role.
- Accurately forecast sales and revenue targets, optimizing opportunities in both new and existing markets to maximize sales performance.
Qualifications Experience
- Graduation in any field.
- Comfortable with basic computer operations and Android applications.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Fintech, Payments, Telecom, E-commerce, Business Solutions, or Wallet Companies.
- Experience in B2C sales is highly preferred, especially from Telecom, FMCG, or Banking-Retail sectors.
- A proven track record in sales with excellent business judgment.
