What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform data entry of routing requests from the vendor booking system into the Order Management System (OMS)
• Organize routing requests and communicate with carrier partners for shipment assignments
• Manage the setup of new user accounts in the vendor booking system
• Maintain organized records of shipment data to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Adhere to data management best practices while ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a data entry specialist
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Excel
