Operations Associate

RideLogix is transforming how cities handle commerce and supply chains. Founded in 2023 by two London Business School alumni and backed by Europe’s largest “tech for good” VC, Bethnal Green Ventures, we’re tackling the global inventory waste challenge through innovative technology and sustainable logistics solutions.

The Role

We’re seeking an ambitious person to join our team in a unique hybrid position that combines practical logistics with strategic operations. You’ll split your time between managing hub operations, ridinge-cargo bikes for stock deliveries and working on crucial business projects. As you grow with us, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a fuller role, potentially specialising in areas such as supply chain, marketing, customer success, data analytics, or finance.

Your week will be diverse and dynamic, dividing your time between our hub, client sites, and remote working. You’ll collaborate directly with our leadership team while maintaining a hands-on approach to our day-to-day operations. Don’t worry if you’ve never sorted merchandise or ridden an e-cargo bike before – we’ll provide comprehensive training.

About You

We’re looking for a person with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. You’ll need strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. While previous cycling experience isn’t required, confidence on London’s roads would be advantageous. Most importantly, you’ll bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for sustainability.

What We Offer

This full-time role attracts a salary of between £27,000 – £33,000 and includes a workplace pension scheme. You’ll benefit from flexible hybrid working arrangements and comprehensive training. The position starts in mid to late January 2024, with a three-month probationary period.
