Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in performance and quality management, with demonstrable leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in performance analysis tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and New Relic.
- Strong knowledge of quality management standards and frameworks, particularly ISO 9001 and CMMI.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools, specifically Power BI and Excel.
- Certification in quality management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams, facilitating collaboration towards shared quality objectives.
- Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated experience leading technical teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful reports for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in conducting performance tests and analyzing results to inform process improvements.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital service quality management.
